Cancellation Policy

If You Need to Cancel
  • More than 21 days prior to arrival: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any bond or deposit.
  • Between 7–20 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking payment will be retained. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • 6 days or less prior to arrival (including no-shows): 100% of the total booking payment will be retained.

All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.

Bonds – if applicable

Security bonds are refundable provided there is no damage, loss, or breach of house rules.

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund under the above timeframes, any bond paid will be refunded in full.

Postponements & Date Changes

We understand plans can change.

  • Guests may request to transfer their booking to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
  • Any monies paid may be transferred to the new booking date.
  • Only one postponement request will be accepted per original booking.
  • If the new dates fall into a higher seasonal rate period, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the new dates are lower in value, no refund of the difference will be provided.

Requests to postpone must be made in writing.
