This Berowra Waters holiday house comes with a motorized tinny and kayaks to explore the area. The swim ladder attached to the private pontoon lets you swim straight out the front of the property plus you can fish and crab off this pontoon. Located down the quiet end of the river, Berowra Waters Boutique will not disappoint offering a unique holiday experience at a water access only property surrounded by natural bushland.
