Surrounded by bushland and with the river right at your front door, you will feel like a million miles away from Sydney, yet it is less than an hours drive away.
This Berowra Waters holiday house comes with a motorized tinny, SUPS and kayaks to explore the area. The swim ladder attached to the private pontoon lets you swim straight out the front of the property plus you can fish and crab off this pontoon. Located down the quiet end of the river, Berowra Waters Boutique will not disappoint offering a unique holiday experience at a water access only property surrounded by natural bushland.
