Looking for Berowra Waters accommodation and thinking of a family holiday, friends weekend getaway or just a relaxing summer break? Berowra Waters Cottage is a quaint, two bedroom river cottage situated right on the waterfront complete with an entertaining area at the front and balcony overlooking the river.

As it is water access only, we offer complimentary boat transfers for check in and out. You have the use of your own motorised tinny to explore the river as well as access to kayaks and fishing rods. Please note that you cannot use the tinny at night so if you require transfers at night or you don’t wish to use the tinny, these can be arranged, just like a water taxi. It is a three minute boat ride from the Marina to the Cottage with amply room on the transfer boat to accommodate luggage, food and drinks.

This recently renovated Berowra Waters holiday house offers child friendly accommodation complete with fences and security locks on all gates. Located right down on the water, it is perfect for people looking for easy access with only a few stairs to the front door. It comes with a pontoon and swing mooring if you have a boat you wish to bring along.

Berowra Waters Cottage is a three minute boat trip from the public wharf making it an ideal location for couples and families wishing to experience all the water activities and natural bushwalks around Berowra Waters. Your Berowra Waters accommodation comes complete with everything you could possible require. There are some excellent restaurants in the area or you can self cater. Alternatively with enough notice we can stock your Berowra Waters holiday house with food and drinks or you can order from our range of platters.
