    CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

    Please check in FROM 2:00pm on the date of arrival. Once you have nominated an arrival time, if you are likely to be delayed, notify us immediately so that we can re-schedule the boat transportation. When you leave, Check out is no later than 10.30am. This allows our housekeepers sufficient time to clean the rooms for the next guest. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL

    A full refund of any bonds/ deposits paid will be made if your booking is cancelled more than 21 days out from the booking start date.

    100% of the bond is retained if you cancel within 7 days out from the booking start date. However you may re-book another date at no loss of funds within 12 months of original booking , subject to availability.

    POSTPONEMENT OR DATE CHANGES

    Should your requirements change, and you wish to change the date of your booking to an alternative date either prior to or after the original booking, we are happy to transfer the balance of any deposits paid to alternative dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability. NB We will only accept one postponement request from the date of the original booking.

    We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking during normal business hours to discuss and confirm your holidays with us. We are looking forward to having you stay with us.
